G – Talk Service

Description

G – Talk Service is for those customers who have Gmail account, and it allows them to make chat and send message to the Etisalat numbers through their Gmail accounts.

Activation and Method of usage

Those customers who have Gmail account in order to make chat and send message to their Etisalat mobile phones they have to go to the setting of their Gmail account click on Labs and enable the following options:

•   SMS (text messaging) in Chat

•   SMS in Chat gadget

After enabling the above options, insert receiver number as 93781202205 in the Chat and SMS box of your Gmail account.

By the time you insert receiver number in the Chat and SMS box you will be asked about receiver Contact name and Country, put receiver contact name and select his country then click on save to start chatting

Deactivation

In order to deactivate G – Talk Service you have to go to the setting of your Gmail account click on Labs and disable the following options:

• SMS (text messaging) in Chat

• SMS in Chat gadget

Charges

It is free for the first month after the launch date, but after then you will be charged as below:

Receiving message to your mobile phone is free

Replying to the message from your mobile phone will charge you 0.5 AFN/SMS
